Our Simple & Fair Pricing


We Keep Things Straightforward

We understand that many seniors prefer clear, predictable pricing with no surprises.

That’s why we keep our pricing simple and easy to understand. Seniors get a 33% discount on what a non-senior would be charged.


🏡 Standard Home Visit – $99 for one main issue

This includes:

✔ Fixing one main issue
✔ Minor related adjustments
✔ Friendly, patient support
✔ No travel fee within our local Sunshine Coast service area

What If It Takes Longer?

Sometimes technology problems are more complex.

If extra time is required, there may be additional fees, but it depends on the reason.

  • If we are still working on the issue then there are no additional fees.
  • If we run over 1 hour due to issues outside our control then additional over-run fees may apply: $45 per 30 minutes

An example of what could be chargeable is if a third party such as your Telco causes delays or delays come from your side eg can’t locate login details etc.


What if it is urgent?

If we have to change our schedule to get to you urgently or if the call is after hours, then an urgent surcharge of $99 may apply.

What Counts as “One Main Issue”?

Examples include:

  • Printer not working
  • Wi-Fi not connecting
  • Email not sending or receiving
  • Setting up a new phone or tablet
  • Removing suspicious pop-ups

If you have multiple unrelated problems, we will discuss this with you before proceeding. Generally additional issues would cost $45 each.


Do You Charge Travel Fees?

No travel fee applis for trips of 20 mins or less from Mountain Creek. For outer areas, a fixed travel fee of $50 applies which is not refundable — there are no surprises.


What If You Can’t Fix It?

If we attend and the issue cannot be resolved due to hardware failure or external provider problems, we will explain your options clearly.

No fix, No fee (however travel fees still apply.

Our goal is to help — not to charge for nothing.


Prefer Phone Help Instead?

We are happy to try and assist you on the phone at $25 per 15 mins whether the problem is solved or not.
In many cases, this can solve the problem quickly and save you a visit.

Do you charge by the hour?

No, fees are fixed and as far as possible explained up front.

What if I have more than one problem?

We can usually address minor related issues within the visit. If multiple major issues exist, we will discuss options before continuing.
