Who is behind Senior Tech Assist?
Hi, I’m Ashley Bryan, the founder of Senior Tech Assist here on the Sunshine Coast.
I started this service after seeing how many older Australians struggle with technology — not because they can’t learn it, but because no one takes the time to explain it properly. With more than 20 years’ experience in digital technology and online training, I wanted to create something patient, local, and genuinely helpful.
I believe technology should make life easier, not more confusing. That’s why I focus on clear explanations, hands-on guidance, and a friendly, jargon-free approach. Whether it’s fixing a Wi-Fi issue, setting up a smartphone, or helping you avoid online scams, I make sure you feel confident every step of the way.
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll usually find me enjoying the Sunshine Coast lifestyle — walking the beach, exploring local cafés, or tinkering with the latest gadgets to see which ones truly make life simpler.
